Neisha, has 14 years’ experience working in Healthcare, where she began as a Community Health Care Assistant. After completing her NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 in Health and Social care she went on to assist to manage a successful care agency and complete her NVQ level 5 in leadership and management. Neisha was born and has grown up in Falmouth where she lives with her husband and 2 young children. Neisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her dogs and sea swimming.

Claire has lived in Cornwall all her life, she qualified as a nurse and worked for many years at Treliske. Claire diversified her career to work with individuals in the community care sector. Claire has a passion for ensuring carers have outstanding knowledge, skills and gained a qualification in adult learning and achieved her NVQ 5 in leadership and management. Claire lives locally with her husband, 4 grown up children, and 2 boxer dogs. Claire is very family orientated, having been raised supporting her grandparents. Claire enjoys the local countryside, beaches and spending time with her family and friends.

Georgia is an NVQ Level 3 Care Supervisor with 7 years care experience in Domiciliary care. Georgia originally worked as a care assistant working alongside other professionals to develop her knowledge and skill base. Georgia is passionate about delivering outstanding care and works closely with service users to ensure that the care they receive is personal to them. Georgia moved to Cornwall 6 years ago from Cheshire and lives in Helston with her Husband, Labrador Ralph and two cats. She loves the slower pace of life in Cornwall as well as the beautiful scenery.
